MIGRATING!

Ok, so it’s really not me who’s migrating but the content of this blog site. For the past couple of years (most of it being inactive) this site has been the main platform for my “personal” photographs, and don’t get me wrong it has been a great platform. But now I feel I needed an “upgrade”. So starting today all my “personal” photographs will be uploaded on my own site! YES! My own site! Designed and coded by yours truly. And YES! You’ve read it right CODED, html-CSS and all that jazz! Please don’t mind me boasting it’s just that I’m really proud about this fact. And as simple as the site seems I can tell you it is a lot of work (or maybe it’s the fact that I’m also pretty new to this).

Anyways, the content of this blog site will now include ANYTHING, from random thoughts to well anything random. I’ll still upload some “personal” photographs here but not full albums, those you can see at my site which by the way I designed and coded. Wait, did I mention that already!?!? Well anyways I hope this would turn out to be a really cool blog and hopefully an active one. So without anymore blabbing I would like you to please check out my site which I designed and YES YOU KNOW IT, coded!

Thank you, Enjoy and world peace!!

A Family revisited

Today the Philippines is visited again by heavy rains which as always causes flood. Last year I posted about this family on my blog. And it was one of the best things I have done for a while. Not only did i met such loving people but I made friends and learned some very valuable lessons. Sadly today they are in need of our prayers. I know god will protect them for they have good souls.

I visited them today to see how they are doing and I'm shocked with what i saw. The flood had already made its way inside their house and they are cramming on what little dry space they have left. Still when Kuya Eddie (father of the house) saw me he greeted me with a big smile and invited me inside. Her wife even offered me a cup of coffee. This melted my heart. And when I ask them what help can I give them, they didn't request for anything, in fact, they refuse to take the money i was trying to give them. So instead, I bought some of the vegetables they where planning to sell at a local market so they can buy themselves canned foods.

It really saddens me to see  hardworking, very nice people like them suffering like this. Oh well, I know God has a special and wonderful plan for this people in the future. All we can do now is just pray and help the best we can for the families like this.

Tomorrow I shall see them again.

Goodnight.
